Meet Dr. Victoria Berlin
Woodbridge Chiropractor Dr. Victoria Berlin is passionate about building real, lasting relationships with her patients at Core Health Care. She takes a personalized approach to care, working to understand the factors contributing to each person’s pain and developing a plan that helps them move better. Whether a patient’s goal is returning to sport, staying active with family, or simply moving through daily life with more ease, she is dedicated to helping them get there.
Education & Experience
Dr. Victoria earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, following a Bachelor of Medical Science from Brock University. During her undergraduate studies, she volunteered at a cardiac rehabilitation center, where she taught exercises and promoted physical activity. She also worked alongside physiotherapists and chiropractors, developing exercise plans and providing one-on-one care to patients. These early experiences helped shape her decision to become a chiropractor.
Her Approach to Care
Patients often notice that Dr. Victoria is a genuinely caring listener. She takes the time to hear each patient’s story, understand their goals, and develop a plan together. Her approach to treatment is individualized, with techniques chosen based on each patient’s needs and assessment findings. Her treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy using manual and instrument-assisted techniques, therapeutic exercise, acupuncture, and cupping. With a background as a personal trainer and acupuncture training through the Functional Integrated Institute, she is also pursuing additional training in instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy to further expand her hands-on skill set. Her goal is to help patients move with greater confidence, improve their function, and build resilience that supports the activities that matter most to them.
Outside the Clinic
Movement is not just Dr. Victoria’s profession; it is also her personal passion. She believes that staying active and incorporating movement into daily life plays an important role in both physical and mental health. Outside of work, she enjoys strength training, Pilates, hiking, and running, as well as travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Victoria grew up in Aurora, Ontario, in a close-knit family with European roots and a strong connection to Russian culture. She speaks Russian and now calls North York home.
